Future Fulfilment is the fastest growing 3rd Party Logistics provider in the southern hemisphere. We take a customer-based and environmentally-conscious approach to storing, packing and sending stock for Australia’s booming e-commerce brands. All of our staff are crucial in ensuring our brand partners succeed and grow, and we are looking for new additions to our full-time pick-packing team at our warehouse.
Across our entire team, our most valued capabilities are communication, attention to detail and an aptitude for learning. Each brand partner has specific packing requirements and there are always new scenarios that appear, this means clarifying your understanding and learning with your team is necessary for this work. A familiarity with general computer software and web browsing is valued, but an aptitude to learn and is favoured more than any previous experience.
Our team is equipped to generously train you and facilitate your work, and after some initial training, you will be expected to act autonomously.
As a pick-packer you will be required to:
Understand each brand’s packing requirements
Carefully pack items into boxes and satchels
Trouble-shoot invalid addresses
Understand the warehouse layout and location code
Communicate clearly with your team
Escalate any issues to your senior team members
Complete training will be provided for each of the above
Skills preferred:
Proficient use of web browsers
Pick-packing experience
Customer service or retail experience
Experience working in a team of 8-16 people
Experience working independently
Our pick-packers work 8am-4pm (optionally 7am-3pm) with a 30 minutes lunch and a 15 minute paid break
